Compassionate and Relatable Telehealth Therapy
About
Evidence-based therapy with a holistic, person-centered approach.
You’ve been carrying a lot for a long time, and you’re not quite sure how to move forward. You might feel alone—like everyone else has a roadmap you somehow missed. Maybe you’re living with the impact of a difficult childhood, relationship stress, or a major life transition. If you're feeling ready to dig into the root causes of your distress, we’d be honored to partner with you.
At Moonwell Counseling Collective, our mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and holistic psychotherapy. We believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and our clinicians integrate evidence-based approaches with a mind-body-spirit perspective to meet the unique needs of every client. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore what’s been holding you back, untangle patterns in your life and relationships, and build clarity, self-awareness, and the capacity for subtle but meaningful change.
I bring over 10 years of experience supporting adults navigating life after childhood trauma, relational challenges, and transitions. My practice is dedicated to clients ages 21 and older. I take a person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are while gently challenging you to grow. Our sessions will be grounded in safety, authenticity, and curiosity. While we’ll make space for the hard stuff, I also bring humor and relatability into the work, because healing can include laughter, too.
Before founding my solo private practice in 2018, I worked in child welfare and community mental health. I earned my undergraduate degree in Fine Art from Boston University in 2010 and my MSW from Hawaii Pacific University in 2013, and I completed EMDR basic training in 2019. These experiences inform my belief that therapy is both an art and a science, requiring evidence-based tools alongside creativity and presence.
At Moonwell, we honor the diverse backgrounds and identities of the individuals and families we serve. Currently offering tele-health sessions across Massachusetts, our collective is committed to accessibility, authenticity, and building genuine connections in the therapeutic process. We hope to offer in person sessions soon.
You’ve already made it through so much. We hope you can feel a sense of pride in taking this next step. When you’re ready, reach out—and we’ll move forward together.
Please note: All sessions are conducted via tele-health.
Clients must reside in Massachusetts.

Testimonial from an Existing Client since 2020:
Working with Kat changed the course of my life. Kat is funny, wise, insightful, caring, and deeply open to feedback. I have nothing but deep gratitude for the work that Kat has guided me through and the ways she's pushed me to truly be honest with myself. Because of our work together, I am more in touch with my needs, more self-aware, and kinder to myself.
